The influence of halogens: If the halogen-free flame-retardant PP series products are mixed with halogen-containing flame-retardant products during injection molding, the flame retardancy efficiency will decrease and the appearance color will darken. During injection molding, halogen-containing flame-retardant products cannot be mixed in;
The influence of injection pressure or temperature: If the injection pressure is too high or the temperature is too high, it will cause slight decomposition of the flame retardant in the halogen-free flame-retardant PP series products, resulting in a decrease in flame retardancy efficiency. The injection pressure or temperature should be appropriately reduced.
The influence of release agent: Since most of the release agents are small molecule substances of the silicon series, they have a certain negative impact on the flame retardancy efficiency of the halogen-free flame-retardant PP series products. Therefore, during injection molding, the amount of release agent should be appropriately reduced or no release agent should be used;
The influence of recycled material: Since recycled material exceeds a certain proportion, the flame retardancy efficiency of the halogen-free flame-retardant PP series products will decrease. Therefore, the proportion of recycled material should be appropriately controlled and reduced.
